Segmented Calibration Curve
The system supports a segmented calibration curve, integrating multiple concentration segments within a single curve (e.g., 0.2–0.5–1.0–5–10–50–100 mg/L). The software automatically selects the appropriate segment based on the sample concentration, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
Automatic Curve Recognition and Deviation Compensation
The workstation intelligently identifies the active calibration curve and key parameters. It automatically compensates for deviations caused by UV excitation source attenuation or detector performance degradation, ensuring accurate results over time.
Flexible Calibration Options
Supports both single-point and multi-point calibration. The system automatically generates correction curves to maintain consistency and precision.
Advanced Curve Fitting
High-order multi-point curve fitting methods are available to improve result accuracy, particularly for low-concentration samples. This minimizes errors caused by insufficient linear correlation and ensures closer approximation to true values.
Automatic System Correction
During sample analysis, the software dynamically adjusts the system calibration based on control sample feedback, correcting baseline shifts or instrumental drift in real time.
Real-Time Monitoring & Safety Protection
The software continuously monitors instrument status, including gas flow, furnace temperature, and baseline conditions. In the event of abnormal readings, the system automatically initiates cooling and enters a safe protection mode to ensure laboratory safety.
Sleep & Wake-Up Functions
After analysis, the instrument can enter a low-power sleep mode with customizable parameters such as furnace temperature and gas flow. The wake-up function allows the instrument to automatically restart and complete self-checks at a preset time, even without on-site personnel.
Comprehensive Data Processing
The analysis and data processing are fully computer-controlled, offering user-friendly operation. The system supports automatic calculations of concentration, content, unit conversion, RSD, and more. Built-in self-check functions issue alerts and on-screen messages when data anomalies are detected.
Clear and Versatile Data Display
The display shows all relevant parameters, measurement peaks, and analysis results. Users can review, store, print chromatograms and test data, and export files for editing in Excel.XML format output ensures full compatibility with LIMS systems.
User-Friendly Operating Platform
The software runs on a Windows platform with an intuitive user interface. Both analysis and data handling are streamlined and efficient, enhancing operational convenience.
Report Generation
Final test data and analytical reports can be printed directly, providing comprehensive documentation for quality control and recordkeeping.
